Founder & CEO
David Hirsch founded Crew Concierge in 2005 with a single goal in mind: to provide unsurpassed service focused on the unique international needs of cruise ship crew members. What started as deliveries from the trunk of his car quickly grew into one of the most respected crew store suppliers in the world.
David's hands-on background with shipboard and shoreside personnel gave him a deep understanding of what crew members truly need while far from home — that special taste of home though you're a world away. His personal dedication to exceptional service, quality, and customer care remains the foundation of everything Crew Concierge does today.
Under David's leadership, Crew Concierge has grown to ship upwards of 25 pallets per day to vessels worldwide, with an international product line spanning the USA, Great Britain, Philippines, South Africa, Jamaica, Indonesia, and beyond.
